Delft light festival
Delft light festival is not really like Amsterdam light festival. Amsterdam light festival lasts for over a month whereas this is on a much smaller yet more cozy scale. It's like an event where people gather together and eat/drink and basically just have fun together outside. And you do get that feeling as well. There are people singing as well and there are also concerts around town.
